We are The Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County

Above all else, our goal is to promote and perpetuate social change in the greater Bridgeport area that will benefit most from it. By empowering women and providing valuable leadership training, we are giving local women the tools to get involved, put their talents to work, and positively impact the communities of Eastern Fairfield County.

Strength in Numbers

As one of hundreds of Junior League chapters across the world, we are a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). Established in 1920, The Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County plays an integral part in the development, improvement, and support of the communities of Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Milford, Monroe, Newtown, Redding, Shelton, Southport, Stratford, Trumbull, Weston and Westport.

Our Local Impact

Right now, our primary focus is supporting all those in need, offering invaluable support to our community partners and local schools and governments; our multi-faceted approach is making an impact. In 2020, we will be working with our local towns to identify our next Signature Project, creating and funding a 3-5 year program to address the areas of most need, in alignment with our values. If you’re interested in learning more about our current focus or developing your own civic leadership skills, we welcome you to learn more or connect with us.
